Dashboard & API Usage

The Dashboard is where you land after signing in. It summarizes recent activity across your
organization and links through to the areas you use most, including recent projects.

API Usage

Dashboard → API Usage reports the API requests your organization has made, which is the
figure that matters for a usage-based plan.

The report can be grouped:

• By Endpoint — which API operations account for your volume
• By Interface — which connected interface drove the requests

Requests are counted monthly, split into Free and Paid, with a running Total.
Each figure is shown against the equivalent earlier period — the same point in the previous
month, and the previous full month — so a step change is visible without exporting anything.

Reading it

Two things are worth checking periodically:

Unexpected volume against one endpoint. A polling integration running more frequently than
intended usually shows up here before it shows up anywhere else.

Growth relative to the previous period. The month-to-date comparison is the early warning;
waiting for a full month to close means acting a month late.

If the numbers do not match what you expect, your account manager can walk through how requests
are counted for your plan.
