Crosswalk

The Crosswalk step translates a single value from one code set to another using a
pre-configured crosswalk — a local sex code to a FHIR value, a facility
abbreviation to its full identifier.

Notes

Use this step for a value in isolation. When translating fields inside a larger structure, put
the crosswalk on the mapping instead and use Convert — that handles every field
in one pass rather than one step per value.
